The Post has operated from its current location on Arizona Avenue since the 1960s and continues to be a cornerstone of veteran support in Chandler, Arizona.

As a Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, our mission is to foster camaraderie among United States veterans of overseas conflicts, advocate for veterans and their families, promote patriotism, and strengthen our community through volunteerism and service. Through programs supporting veterans, youth scholarships, community outreach, and charitable initiatives, Post 7401 remains dedicated to honoring those who have served our nation.

Our Post proudly bears the name of Senator John S. McCain III, a decorated Naval Aviator, former Prisoner of War, United States Senator, and longtime Life Member of VFW Post 7401. Senator McCain's legacy of courage, sacrifice, and dedication to the men and women of the Armed Forces continues to inspire our members and our mission today.

In recent years, members and volunteers came together to revitalize and preserve the Post, ensuring that future generations of veterans would continue to have a place to gather, support one another, and serve the community.
